Can I design my own jewellery or ornament?
"Absolutely! I offer full customization for both jewellery and ornaments. You can select your preferred style, materials, colours, and even add engravings. I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life, whether it’s a tribute to a loved one or a commemoration of a joyous occasion."

"Bespoke memorial jewellery and ornaments are custom-made pieces designed to celebrate the memory of a loved one or commemorate a happy occasion such as a wedding. I incorporate meaningful elements like ashes, hair, flowers, or other keepsakes into the design of rings, necklaces, bracelets, and even ornaments like keepsake boxes, photo frames, and pendants."

What materials do you use for the jewellery and ornaments?
”I use high-quality materials like 9k, 14k, and 18k gold,925 sterling silver,stainless steel and plated gold for jewellery, as well as A premium resin for ornaments. Each piece is crafted with precision to ensure beauty, durability, and timelessness.”
Do you offer matching opal stones for jewellery?
”Yes! I offer 42 stunning colours to choose from, including opals that add a beautiful touch of sparkle. Perfect for those looking for that extra bit of brilliance in their jewellery.”
Are your ornaments customizable as well?
”Yes! Just like the jewellery, your ornaments can be fully personalized. Whether it’s a set of angel wing, a paperweight, or a decorative ornament, I can tailor it to fit your style and needs, adding personal touches like engraving or meaningful elements.”
Is the jewellery and ornaments waterproof or resistant to tarnishing?
”Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure durability. While I provide tips on proper care, your jewellery and ornaments are made to last. Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions will help maintain their beauty.”
Ashes & Customization
How much ash do you need for a piece of jewellery or ornament?
"For both jewellery and ornaments, I only need a small amount—usually about a teaspoon or less. The remaining ashes or keepsakes are securely returned to you with your finished piece."
Can you incorporate other elements like hair, flowers, or wedding bouquet pieces?
"Yes, I can incorporate a variety of keepsakes—ashes,hair,fur,breastmilk, flowers, or even pieces of clothing. This is a beautiful way to preserve those meaningful memories and make your piece even more personal."
What if I don’t have enough ashes for my custom piece?
"No worries! I can work with what you have.majority of the time you do have a good amount returned to you after completion as A little goes a long way.I ask for a teaspoon amount for jewellery and a table spoon for ornaments or multiple orders. But rest assured even if you have less We’ll make sure your piece turns out just as you envision it.
Order & Delivery
How long does it take to create my bespoke memorial jewellery or ornament?
"Custom orders for 9k gold, bespoke silver, and any ornaments typically take 8-10 weeks. This wait time includes hallmarking at the Edinburgh Assay Office and the creation process, ensuring that your piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship."
I need to order in time for a specific date can you accommodate to this?
"Given the detailed work involved and hallmarking process, most custom and gold orders require the full production time. However, if you have a special request or need something sooner, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. silver have a lead time of around 5 days if you are local to RUGBY or can collect in person. Most resin items please allow up too two full weeks for larger orders.And for flower preservation some flowers can take 4+ weeks to preserve before i can even begin to cast them.
How is my jewellery or ornament shipped?
"Once completed, if you are not collecting in person your piece will be securely packaged and safely shipped via tracked royal mail service. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey."
Returns & Care
Can I return or exchange my bespoke memorial jewellery or ornament?
"As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This is why accurate ring sizing is to be ensured at the start of your order. I am not liable for incorrect sizing. I communicate each step of the process for visible inclusions. I put a small amount and check in with you first too see if you feel more should be added,just an extra way of me making sure every detail is perfect. If you are not happy at any stage along the process absolutely do not hesitate to say so.I’m so committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there’s an issue, please reach out, and I’ll work with you to resolve it."
How do I care for my memorial jewellery or ornament?
"To keep your piece looking its best, clean it gently with a soft cloth and store it safely when not in use. I’ll provide detailed care instructions based on the materials and design of your piece."
